Account Executive / Account Manager

Description:
MediaHub is looking for a highly motivated and creative sales associate/account manager with excellent analytical and technical skills. We're seeking talented candidates who are passionate about the online marketing world. 

Main Duties:
Day-to-day management of online accounts
Gathering leads and acquiring new accounts (Publishers and Advertisers)
Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize online marketing campaigns
Communicate with partners on a daily basis and identify opportunities to drive revenues & profitability
Nurture and grow the relationships with partners
Responsible to achieve quarterly revenue targets

Skills:
Excellent analytics skills and metric focused. 
Ability to analyze campaign performance, and detect potential opportunities or issues
Resourceful and creative, ability to come up with new ideas, to solve or avoid problems innovatively, and to quickly adapt to evolving situations
Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of CPM, CPA, CTR, etc (significant plus)

Qualities:
Open minded and flexible, ability to adapt to different cultures as the ideal candidate will be working on different markets (America, Europe, Asia)
Willingness to travel
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
Internet-saavy, with a genuine interest for and a good understanding of new technologies

Education and requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and/or experience
Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales role
Experience in Media Buying and Affiliate Marketing is a significant plus
Fluent in English (oral and written)
